Hello fellow cook and welcome to my site!

My name is Ralph Serpe. I am webmaster and founder of Chefability.com.

I am a home cook, meaning I do not have much formal experience working in the restaurant industry. I took a stab at culinary school years ago and even worked in a restaurant as a cook for some time, but found it wasn’t for me as I was never able to truly explore my passion for food and cooking. So I decided to leave and learn on my own.

On this website, I plan on sharing all of the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years. This includes my own recipes and tips as well as the recipes and tips of other cooks and chefs.

If there are ever any recipes that you would like to see posted on this site, or if you ever have any specific questions about cooking, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to cover it in the future….
